Infrastructure Sub-processors
Arnica's platform leverages several sub-processors to support our infrastructure requirements. All sub-processors leveraged by Arnica must meet at least a SOC 2 Type 2 regulatory comliance requirements.
Third Party Sub-Processor
Used to host all of Arnica's cloud infrastructure for compute and API
Used to provide website hosting and security for Arnica's platform
Used to host Arnica's marketing website and provide security measures for it
Capabilities Sub-processors
Some of the Arnica platform features leverage the use of additional sub-processors. Some of them are applied to customers by default, while you can opt-in or opt-out of others.

Used to capture usage analytics on Arnica's platform and website
Used to capture user behavior on Arnica's platform and website for product feedback and customer experience
Used to manage Arnica's customers and marketing campaigns
Used to provide SAML support for user authentication into the Arnica platform
Used to process payments for the Arnica platform
