Product and Terms of Use Changes

As we continue to roll out additional AI native functionality within Arnica, we are introducing an improved credit-based AI platform model. This new credit-based system will offer users more clarity and configurability while using Arnica’s AI functionality. The terms of this new model are reflected in updates made to Arnica’s Terms of Use.

Arnica users will now have direct access to Arnica’s suite of Agentic features using Arnica AI Credits - managed and purchasable directly through the Arnica application. This new credit system will bring clarity and configurability to credit use by improving accuracy of burndown charts, and affording granular control of credit use, which provide opportunities for improved efficiency while leveraging Arnica’s AI functionality.  

What to Expect

While the functionality will be rolled out globally, some credit-based features will require organizations to be on Arnica’s contributing developer model and will not be fully compatible with Arnica’s legacy Active Developer model. No immediate action needs to be taken.

Arnica’s Customer Success team will be reaching out to specific organizations in the coming weeks where opportunities exist to take advantage of the new model.
